Zoo

Daddy came home for a few hours to take me to the zoo again.  We started at the flamingos and went through the monkey trails.  Then we went for a ride on the train and I shouted really loud, ALL ABOARD!!! It was baby brother’s first time on the train.

Tay Tay

I got on an airplane to visit Taylor in Seattle.  That airplane ride was so much fun.  I was a really good boy for mommy and daddy and so was baby brother.  After riding on an airplane, I got to ride on a boat the very next day, as we headed to Victoria, Canada.  Then I rode on a big o big bus.  I love modes of transportation.  We were back in the Seattle the next day and Tay Tay and I got to spend a lot of time together.  One day we went to an art festival in Bellvue.  There was an indoor playground with ships and boats and we climbed and slid down them.  We made our way to the children’s museum too and made sock puppets and we played with funnels and rice.

The Children’s Museum

I’m so lucky that daddy comes home often to spend time with us as a family.  Daddy will have a few hours between appointments or he’ll schedule to have half a day off and we’ll go to the zoo, or sea world, or the beach or the park.  This time we went to The Children’s Museum.  I made a parachute and we launched it from a balcony.  Then we pulled them back up in buckets.  They had a real VW bug we could paint but I just wanted to make cars out of the clay that was right next to it.

 

Lake Murray

Sometimes mommy and daddy will ask me, “Evan do you want to go for a surprise?”  Of course the answer is always a very excited, Yes!  Today we went to Lake Murray.  Daddy and I usually feed the ducks but we forgot the bread.  We also skip rocks on the water and we were still able to do that.  I did get in trouble though because daddy told me not to step in the water.  And I did.

I’m a Cowboy

Tia Nives brought me this hat from Guadalajara, Mexico.  Then buelito surprised me with this cowboy bib.  Now, I’m a cowboy.  Just like uncle Roy.

Tia Nieves gave Liam a bath in the sink.  He loved it!

Big O Big Trucks

I play with my cars and big o big trucks everyday!  Not one day goes by that I don’t.  It’s the first thing I do in the morning and the last thing I do before I go to bed.  The other night, mommy asked me what my favorite thing to do was.  Play with my big o big trucks, of course!

I have a few road options at nana nana’s house.  On her bed, on the couch in the den and on the living room couch.  At home, the couch is the road mostly, but sometimes the coffee table or my train table.

My Cousin Julian

Sometimes my cousin Julian comes to play with me.  My mommy said he was like baby Stewy because he was so smart.  He started crawling when he was still four months and walking by six.  He used to climb onto his own baby swing and turn it on for himself.  When he was done, he would turn it off and climb out.  

Gian P.

My cousin Gianpaulo, came to visit me from Phoenix.  I call him Gian P.  Our grandmas have been friends for life and now our mommy’s are good friends so I’m sure Gian P and I will be great friends.  We have a lot in common.  He even has a little baby brother too and his name is Giovanni.  I think he and Liam will play together once they get a little older.  Gian P and I fight just a little when we are together but then we are sad and miss each other once we are apart.  It’s hard for us to share but we are learning.  We went to play at Java Mama and we both did really well in the play area.  Another day, we went to visit him at his abuelita’s and abuelito’s house and we had to share dinosaurs and big o big trucks.  His grandpa let us make a mess.  They came over to where my abuelita is another time and we played outside and rode my cars.  We had fun even though we made our mommies work.
